How We Work
From inquiry to shipment.
A transparent process, guided by honesty, guarantees the quality of our products and transactions.
Confirm specification
We review availability, grade, sample, packing, label, inspection, documents and timing. The quotation is normally valid for one week unless a different validity period is stated.
Approve the offer
The agreed specification, price, payment terms and delivery basis are recorded in the PI. A PI is normally prepared within five business days after the details and terms are confirmed.
Prepare & dispatch
After approval and advance payment, sorting, packing, agreed tests, inspection and loading proceed. Balance payment and document release follow the PI.
Commercial terms
Natisa or bulk: normally 30% advance.
Private label: normally 50% advance.
Balance after loading and inspection approval, before release of shipping documents. Currency, beneficiary and payment method are stated in the PI.
Private-label lead time starts after specification and artwork approval. Special packaging is paid directly to the producer by the buyer or collected in full with the advance. Minimum order and feasibility depend on the selected format.
Final terms are confirmed for each order. Piarom, Medjool or special packaging may require a higher advance. Samples depend on availability; courier costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery and risk transfer
The agreed Incoterms® rule and named place or port define responsibility and risk transfer. Cold-chain responsibility follows the written delivery scope. Requested delivery options remain subject to feasibility and written agreement.
Inspection and traceability
Approve the lot, label, pack, quantity and loading condition with the buyer, their representative or an agreed inspection company. Lot identification connects the packed product with the relevant records.
