Taste, texture and appearance
Whole dates with pits; normally dark brown to black, soft and fleshy. Color, skin condition, moisture and defect tolerances are checked against the approved sample and specification.
Premium & Luxury
Both are Mazafati dates. Premium fruit is slightly smaller than Luxury. Confirm the size range, piece count and net weight for the chosen pack; these names are not universal grading standards.
