We use business contact and order details to review your inquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about the requested transaction.

What we collect

Name, company, business email, optional telephone, buyer type, product, volume, packaging, destination and optional project details. Do not enter bank details or confidential documents in this form.

Use, access and retention

Inquiries are stored in WordPress for authorized staff and emailed to the company inquiry inbox with an Excel copy. Inquiry-only records are scheduled for review and removal after 24 months; transaction records may be retained for applicable business obligations. Hosting and email providers process data as needed to provide their services.

Questions or corrections

Contact the published company email to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry details, subject to applicable retention obligations. This plugin does not add advertising trackers. Other WordPress plugins may have separate privacy settings.
