From inquiry to shipment.
A clear process from your initial requirements to agreed specifications, preparation and shipment.
1. Send your requirements
Tell us the variety, grade or size if known, quantity, pack weight, Natisa/private-label/bulk format, destination country and port, preferred delivery basis, required tests or certificates and target shipment date.
Minimum order: one full container for Natisa, private label and bulk. Mixed varieties and pack weights are possible, subject to compatible storage and transport requirements. Loading weight and carton/pallet configuration are confirmed for each order.

Initial response within 48 hours, including holidays.
Formal quotation within two business days after complete order details are received; valid for five business days from issue. Prices are quoted individually according to variety, grade, quantity, packaging, private-label requirements, season, availability and agreed delivery basis. No fixed public prices are published.
3. Approve specifications and packaging
Before confirming the order, agree the lot specifications, packaging, required documents and delivery terms in writing. If samples are requested, review them before approval. For private label, approve the final artwork before printing.
Request samples by email only: sales@bareztejarat.com. The buyer pays for samples and shipping. Charges depend on variety, sample quantity and destination and are confirmed before payment. Samples are prepared and handed to the carrier within seven calendar days, including holidays, after details and payment are confirmed. Transit time is additional.

Direct payment: 30% advance for Natisa and bulk; 50% for private label. The balance is payable before shipping documents are released. The main currency is USD; other currencies are subject to negotiation and agreement.
5. Preparation and quality checks
Order preparation time is confirmed separately in each offer, based on the order and approved specifications and packaging. Preparation starts after approval and the agreed advance payment.
Every consignment undergoes physical checks by our quality-control team and an independent laboratory: size/count, net weight, colour, appearance, sorting uniformity, defects and packaging condition. Moisture, size/count ranges and defect tolerances are agreed before the order is finalized. Additional tests depend on buyer requests and destination requirements; their cost is borne by the buyer.
6. Inspection, delivery and documents
Delivery can be agreed at the packing location in Iran, an Iranian border/export port, or the buyer’s destination. The exact delivery point, responsibilities and applicable Incoterm are specified in the quotation and contract. Buyer, representative or independent third-party inspection is available before loading by prior arrangement. The buyer pays independent inspection costs.
Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health and phytosanitary certificates and laboratory reports can be arranged according to destination requirements and the agreed order. The exact document set is confirmed before acceptance.
Quality & DocumentsTerms & Conditions
This website provides commercial information and an enquiry channel; it is not an online checkout or a binding offer. Final specifications, price, preparation time, payment and delivery responsibilities are governed by the agreed PI/contract. Changes, cancellation, governing law and dispute resolution are specified separately for each order. Product storage periods depend on the lot, packaging and storage conditions and are confirmed for the order.

Office hours: Saturday–Wednesday, 08:00–17:00 Iran time. Thursdays, Fridays and official Iranian holidays are non-working days. Messages and emails are also answered outside office hours and on holidays as soon as possible, within the 48-hour initial-response commitment.
